Et resurrexit tertia die,
secundum scripturas.
Et ascendit in caelum:
sedet ad dexteram Patris.
Et iterum venturus est
cum gloria judicare vivos et mortuos:
Cujus regni non erit finis.
Et in Spiritum Sanctum, Dominum et vivificantem qui ex Patre, filio que procedit.
Qui cum Patre et Filio simul adoratur, et con glorificatur.
Qui locutus est per Prophetas.
Et unam, sanctam, catholicam, et apostolicam Ecclesiam.
Confiteor unum baptisma in remissionem peccatorum.
Et exspecto resurrectionem,
resurrectionem mortuorum.
Et vitam venturisaeculi. Amen.
'And He Risen' (English)
And he rose again on the third day,
according to the scriptures
And ascended into heaven:
He sits at the right hand of the Father.
And it will come again
to judge the living and the dead with glory:
There will be no end to his kingdom.
And in the Holy Spirit, Lord and life-giving, who proceeds from the Father, the Son.
Who together with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified together.
He who spoke through the Prophets.
And one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church.
I confess one baptism for the remission of sins.
And I await the resurrection
the resurrection of the dead.
And the life of the coming century. Amen.
