Numeni was established by Pamela Hongsakul for the purpose of leadership development. Since 2004, her leadership clients came from both political and business leaders.

Numeni is an extension of that effort to support public leaders. There is no political nor religious affiliation.

Numeni comes from 'Numen' - the Latin term for something with the presence of the divine
